Please do not return items without prior contact.

First, get in touch using the contact form for return instructions; otherwise, additional charges may apply.

The possibility of returning items is valid for 14 days. You have an additional 14 days after cancellation to return your product. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer an exchange or refund.

If the product is damaged or its packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the depreciation of the product. Therefore, handle the product with care and make sure it is well-packaged when returning.

Some items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Hygienic or sanitary items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Other items that cannot be returned include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal hygiene products

To process your return, we will need a purchase receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In certain cases, only a partial refund will be granted (if applicable):

  • Books that have been clearly used
  • CDs, DVDs, video tapes, software, games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records with opened packaging
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable) Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable) If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card issuer if necessary. It may take some time for your refund to be posted. If the issue persists, contact your bank. Refunds often have processing time. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace defective or damaged items. If you want to exchange an item for the same one, please send an email to

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of the returned item. We will send you a gift certificate once we receive the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for a replacement item to reach you depends on your location.

If you are sending us an item with a value exceeding €75, consider using a traceable or insured shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Even when returning part of your order, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. The purchase price of the returned part of the order will be refunded to you.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the request.
